Leading capability of mould production

With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of mould design and production, we have more than 50 sets of machinery like CNC, Lathes, Milling Machines, Grinding Machines, Drilling Machines and EDM wire cutting machines. We have the capability of making 1200 tons of mould or equivalent of 400 sets of mould for customers of home appliance or automobile makers. We also can repair up to 500 sets of mould every year.

Advanced mould design

We have 16 R&D staffs, 10 of them with 10 years of mould design experience. They are able to design the mould based on the software UG, AUTOCAD etc.

Complete QA System and Inspection System

The company has got the certificates of ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949. The professional and strict quality control system receive acceptance from the customers. The company also has all the necessary inspection machines or gauges, including CMM.
